Street Furniture

City of London Street Signs

There cannot be a landmark more London than an original City of London street sign. Dating from the 1920s these exceptional pieces are etched vitrolite (a thick, milk-white glass) with the street name in black and the City of London insignia and postal area in crimson red. They are mounted in their original wrought iron frames and each plate carries a Certificate of Authenticity issued by the Corporation of London.

Wall Boxes

Wall Boxes are large cast iron pieces built into a wall so just the front shows. Most have a front opening door, though models fitted in Post Offices have a second door for back emptying.

They come in range of styles and sizes. Your choice will be fully restored and finished with original lock and key. We can supply original collection plates and tablets on many models or else precise replicas. Your piece can be finished in Post Office Red 538 or your choice of enamel colour.
